Andrés Hernández Morales

Additionally, he has worked as a consultant for international cooperation and as a judicial officer at the Constitutional Court. Furthermore, he has held positions as a professor and researcher in Public Law and International Relations at the Universidad Externado de Colombia, Universidad Santo Tomás, and Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. His primary areas of expertise lie in constitutional law and administrative law, where he continues to work as a professor and researcher.
